Marlene joined PWN Netherland’s board in 2017 as a VP partnerships and recently was voted in as president.
She also recently joined Microsoft to enhance and scale a fairly new Microsoft Solution which is called Workplace Analytics. In 2012 she joined LinkedIn as one of their first solutions consultants to bring new LinkedIn solutions to the market. She was responsible for the adoption growth of digital Media and New Products into the Enterprise businesses and to bring digital transformation to her clients. Before joining LinkedIn she worked at both IBM and for brand/research agencies.
She has been a public speaker at Women in Tech, CHRO Forum EMEA, Talent Connect London, Talent Connect Las Vegas, HR Vision Event and together with Heineken at the World Employer Brand Event. Her main focus is on how business can solve their problems through branding and lately more on how businesses can transform themselves through data.
One of her passions is learning and continually improving and that made her successfully graduated as a data scientist last year. Another passion of her is to drive change for the next generation in gender balanced leadership, which is one of the reasons she is dedicating her time and knowledge as a volunteer.
