#9 Beatrice de la Masseliere - Navigating a corporate career through change
“If I was not reacting, he wouldn’t have shown enough respect to me and I thought I had to make sure that I stand on my feet and tell him”.
As an international executive, Beatrice de la Masseliere is what we can call today a fulfilled businesswoman! She has spent most of her professional life motivating teams to embrace company objectives. Change has been her main driver and has led her along her professional career and personal life. She has been adapting, growing, learning, transforming herself through change. Along with change, Beatrice has also been driven by “her international exposure” and enjoying life. She has lived in France, the UK and Italy and she travelled to Namibia, Borneo, Bali and Burma. She also visited Brazil and Argentina a number of times where she fell in love with lambada and tango. A more recent change in her life has been her new transition as a retired woman. However, she has not stopped travelling and motivating others. She might have had a corporate career, but she loves spending time with friends and grow her own vegetables! Now that she has more free time, Beatrice has decided to support young professional women to grow their career and help them to overcome challenges they might face, making sure they use confidence as a lever and change as an opportunity.
