#1 Theresa Destrebecq - Disrupt Yourself
“Whatever that you are afraid to do, that is exactly what you need to do”
Theresa Destrebecq began her life as an entrepreneur 8 years ago, after she realized how much she was giving away her power and emotional well-being to those around her. Since then, she has committed to inspiring women to step more fully into their personal power, both personally and professionally, allowing them to live what she refers to as a self-full life. She does this work through her education and coaching business, her global book club, and through her role as President of the PWN Nice Cote d'Azur.
We talked about:
- career shift and choosing possibilities instead of the barriers and excuses
- the signs that show that we give away our power and emotional well-being (complaining, pointing the finger, blaming other people …)
- accepting our emotions and the feedback they tell us-How to make the most of self-growth books
- scheduling priorities.
