#7 Cynthia Milani - Control your brain, control your life

Cynthia Milani is American and Italian. She spent a lot of time in the middle east and now she lives in France. She has been a part of the intercultural training world for 30 years, she worked in over 60 countries, with offices in France and Italy. Cynthia is currently working as a neuroanthropologist for leading corporations such as SAP and BP Amaco, Credit Suisse, Chanel and public entities interested in understanding the basics of neuroleadership, bias, inclusion & diversity. as well as all aspects of intercultural training. She is the director of IgD's NeuroLeadership & Diversity in Sophia Antipolis, France but still have a home office in Milan.
