Leading optimistically through the pandemic and beyond
People don't want to be constantly castigated because this leads to disillusionment; nor do they want a dictatorial style, or an authoritarian one; and they definitely don’t want a culture of fear.
We know people want realistic and infectiously optimistic leadership. They look for it from life experience, friends, family, employment colleagues and dare we say it, the boss!
How will you lead optimistically through the pandemic and beyond?
On April 22nd at 12 pm Paris time (GMT +2), Victor Perton, Author (http://www.victorperton.com/) and Chief Optimism Officer for the Centre for Optimism (based in Australia) is hosting a virtual Optimism Café with the Professional Women’s Network of the Cote d’Azur.
We're happy to discuss and help you answer that question both from the inspiration, tools and materials on the Centre's website, directly as a member of the Centre and through moderated roundtables and conferences. Use the material in the resource Coronavirus through the Lens of an Optimist.
Surround yourself with optimists is sound advice from many global leaders. We provide virtual webinars and other online experiences to help you do that.
