The habits of an optimist
For those of you who enjoyed our Optimism Cafes last time we were in confinement, we are delighted to welcome from Melbourne, Australia, Jenny and Noirin from Project Optimism in Partnership with the Global Centre for Optimism, one of our corporate partners.
Jenny and Noirin spent their time creatively during one of the longest lockdowns in the world, creating a course that goes into the details of what optimists do to stay optimistic, even in the face of unprecedented difficulty and change.
The framework of the presentation will be a 20 minute presentation followed by a Q&A and lots of time for open discussion as we have found that people really enjoy the social aspect, especially during lockdown when we are all separated from each other.
Project Optimism is an Online Learning Platform for personal development and business courses. Each course has optimism that underpins and runs through each topic.
The first course is FREE and it is called "The Habits of the Optimist". We want to spread this message and share it widely around the world. For those who need a little dose of optimism, please share with those who you think might benefit. Helping others also increases our own optimism!
Realistic Optimism is key to personal and business success and innovation. At the Centre for Optimism and Project Optimism, we believe that optimism can be learnt. Join us!
