During this webinar we take a look at the psychology of procrastination and how it is often an emotional coping mechanism rather than a lack of self-discipline. Knowing something about the root cause of procrastination, we can then look a strategies to break the cycle of delay, define processes to keep you on track. But we’ll also take a look at master procrastinators and how, ironically, they use procrastination to produce better results.
