Gender equality in the workplace is an issue organization can no longer ignore. Whether convinced of the economic dividends of workplace gender equality, invited by their shareholders, clients and customers or in an aspiration to upgrade their employer value proposition, a large number of organizations decided to make clear commitments to progress and implement a series of practices to foster gender equal work environments.
