Maarit Pokkinen is a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience in finance. As a Professional Certified Coach and Vice President of Finance, she has held numerous dynamic roles across the globe.
She is a passionate leader dedicated to helping others reach their full potential, fostering self-awareness, and empowering individuals to make informed choices. She firmly believes that a coaching style leadership is essential for achieving high performance within teams. Throughout her international career, Maarit has been committed to open and transparent communication and the well-being of employees during change programs. She has initiated talent and leadership development programs to enhance local leadership potential and create global career opportunities.
Additionally, she has championed cross-functional employee recognition programs to boost motivation and appreciation at all organizational levels. Maarit has also served as an ombudsperson, providing independent arbitration in employee-employer disputes.
