The Monaco Pole of the PMI France, Côte d’Azur Branch is re-starting with a compelling and inspiring event, for Projects Managers to experience the art of conducting and leading with unforgettable presentations.

As a project manager, you need to conduct your team as a maestro, and to communicate to your stakeholders in an elegant and convincing manner. During this first PMI Monaco event, Carol & Siegfried will first give you the means to inform, convince and inspire your interlocutors in an incredibly efficient way! Through your unforgettable presentations, you will become unique and recognized as an expert in your field! 

Then Cindy, using these guidelines, will conduct the audience through an "orchestra" rehearsal, to experience the dynamics of team members and their roles, the creation of communication between diverse groups within the orchestra, and unifying the diverse ideas into an elegant final product.

You will as well get the opportunity to participate actively, meet your peers, and enjoy the first PMI Event in the Principality of Monaco, as we are re-activating the Monaco Pôle of the PMI France, Côte d’Azur Branch.
