ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Leonard Chaparian is a Certified Public Accountant and he also has a background in auditing.  He has been working in accounting for over 20 years, supervising hundreds of companies. This has given him a unique opportunity to help entrepreneurs and grow companies in spite of challenges they face.

Leonard founded several companies in 2007. In 2010 he founded SUM Regnskap together with Roar Voll. Today,  SUM has 30 employees and almost 700 clients. From 2010 to 2016 Leonard was CEO of SUM, before he began developing an educational program, Regnskapskompis, in 2016. The goal of Regnskapskompis is to let small businesses manage their own accounts without a regular accountant as this is a significant cost in the start-up period. Regnskapskompis also believes that it is important for the company that the owner is involved in the accounts at a very early stage in order to follow trends and learn to analyze information on an ongoing basis. 

Sum Regnskap wishes to revolutionize the accounting industry and believes that Regnskapskompis is part of this movement.
