PWN Amsterdam: Social Networking Lunch Event*

‘Resilient Women in a Diverse Workplace’ will be the theme for this Social Networking Lunch hosted by  Mary Jane Roy .

As one of the longest standing members of PWN Amsterdam (both in age and in membership duration), Mary Jane brings a diverse background of experience and knowledge.

In her own words:

"For the past 12 years, I’ve developed an expertise in stress and resiliency management. This expertise has been honed by a variety of stress management courses and certifications, including specialties in communication, as well as positive psychology and ‘happiness at work’ (not an oxymoron!). Through my company, KEYSTONE success, I consult with, and facilitate organizations, on how to improve well-being to enhance engagement for thriving workplaces. 

My participation in PWN Amsterdam started in 2009 as a general member, continuing on to become VP Learning & Development (Feb 2014 – June 2017), and as Vice-President (June 2017 – present). Through this involvement, the promotion of gender diverse workplaces has become one of my highest priorities. I have come to understand how critical our voices are, in ensuring that workplaces flourish. 

During this lunch, I’d like us to exchange best practices with each other on how to stay resilient and what you need to thrive in your career. It will be a dynamic and inspiring 1.5 hours, from which both you and your organization will benefit. Suggestions are welcome as well, on how we can improve your PWN Amsterdam experience.
