Alicia will share what she has learned along her journey of re-establishing herself as a professional abroad and the role of the leader leading diverse and inclusive organizations.
This interactive presentation will allow for candid and productive conversations regarding women in leadership who move abroad and must "reinvent" themselves or as Alicia likes to say, "live in harmony." You will have an opportunity to share your stories, experiences, and advice, in order to strengthen one another in our ability to live authentically and lead diverse and inclusive teams and organizations.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Alicia Partee is president of PWN Norway, founder of Global Counseling Solutions AS (www.globalcounselingsolutions.no) and a Linkage affiliate (www.linkageinc.com). Alicia has over 20 years of experience leading projects and teams at Fortune 500, startup and non-profit companies. She has worked in telecommunications as a quality assurance manager, a leader of large, multicultural teams and a corporate trainer. She has designed and developed organizational structures in startups and the processes and procedures to duplicate the structure in multi-site locations. Furthering her passion to help people and organizations overcome obstacles and plan for the future, Alicia returned to school and continued her journey to becoming a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of California. Alicia’s entrepreneurial approach for translating concepts into action is leveraged when combined with evidence-based practices resulting in increased ability to thrive and live authentically.
In 2013 Alicia moved to Norway, following her husband. After learning the language and searching for a place to use her education and experience, Alicia founded Global Counseling Solutions AS. Alicia’s passion is to help “Global Citizens” thrive wherever they are in the world and to help companies save money by retaining their key Global Professionals. Her dream is to use transformative technology to enhance the psychological well being of “Global Citizens”.
Alicia has a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from Western Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Theology. She has also studied Management Information Systems at the University of Phoenix.
