Exploring our vulnerability - With Nathalie Colin and Marylyne Declercq, from Shak’2
“You can do vulnerability or it can do you.” Brené Brown.
Since our childhood, life has conditioned us. Our family, school, love, professional experiences have driven us to believe it is safer not to show our vulnerability. And if there is a place where we definitely don’t allow ourselves to be vulnerable, it is at work!
But the truth is that vulnerability plays a critical role in leadership (and in our lives too!). Who we are defines how we lead. Denying vulnerability is denying you as an emotional being. Working in an armor disconnects you from your true self. To unleash your power as a manager, you need to be brave enough to welcome vulnerability as a learning experience.
In this workshop we will invite you to look at vulnerability through new glasses. You will discover how powerful it is at the service of your leadership.
Our workshop is designed so that you can let go your limiting beliefs about vulnerability. Based on R&D about the topic and our own experience as coach and managers, we will offer a new perspective about what being vulnerable truly means at work. Altogether you will learn to drop your armor and experience the richness of daring leadership. You will be given the key to transform this “taboo” emotion into a super-power you can bring into your professional and personal life too!
Come and join Nathalie Colin and Marylyne Declercq, creators of the Shak’2 programs, for an unusual, interactive and inspiring workshop. Give yourself the permission to experience vulnerability in our kind and safe environment. You will go over the discomfort of feeling vulnerable and discover the hidden treasure of daring to show yourself as you truly are.
