“I’m worth more: how to get empowered by people and the world around you”

Latifa strongly believes that all women in the world are worth more than they are made to think about themselves. Therefore, she has made it her life mission to empower women to take the reigns of their own lives and be the success story rather than bury their hopes. She will share anecdotes from her own life as a strong self-made woman, who despite difficult circumstances created an interesting, self-fulfilling and passion-driven set of business ventures. This will be an interactive lecture where participants will get to try some tools Latifa uses in mentoring sessions at her LELO program.

 When teaching how to get the most out of mentorship, Latifa will focus on the following areas:

• The art of networking
• It’s all in your head: Changing from being “a failure” into being “a success”
• Being yourself: How to be genuine and in line with your talents and passions.
