PWN Geneva-Lausanne: Wellness Action Tank "Eating & Sleeping for Optimal Energy" Part 1

23 January 2019 18:30 - 20:00 Café Slatkine

Do you wake up more tired than when you went to sleep last night? Do you eat healthy foods and move your body but are still not feeling as good as you would like? Have you heard about self-care but don’t feel like you have time for it or even know what it means? Do you feel like you don’t have enough mental, emotional and physical energy and time or space to be the best that you can be in the areas that mean the most to you?

If you answered yes to any of these questions then this two-part series on optimal energy will give you some new clues about and questions to ask about your healthy lifestyle to make sure you are getting the best results from your best intentions and actions!

Sometimes just eating healthy food or being active are not enough to create health in your body. So much goes into feeling healthy, starting with mindset and intentions and then intuitive, informed and strategic actions. With a mindset focused on creating health and intentions that honor your deepest desires (a great follow-up to the session from November), you are able to unlock the power in your healthy lifestyle to feel amazing every single day. We will be talking about three of our most basic functions as human beings : eating, drinking and sleeping.

In our society today we are so driven by being productive during the day that we push and strive all day long to get #allthethings done on our to-do list. However, are we really paying attention to the quality of how we feel when we are doing all those things and the quality of the work produced when we are in the pushing and striving energy? By sourcing and harnessing your optimal energy, through food and sleep, you can get your glow back and feel the limitless energy that is available to you.

In these two trainings, we will explore how, what and when to eat certain foods that will create the energy you crave at different times in the day and night. This will work for any eating style (from raw vegan to omnivore to keto). We will look at your relationship to sleep and notice how you can turn that FOMO (fear of missing out) reaction into JOMO (joy of missing out) intention to restore your best energy levels, cognitive function and emotional stability and resilience. If you would like to learn more about having your most powerful and precious energy all day long, then please join us for these two sessions.
