PWN Romania: Women on Boards 2020 Program “Next generation of female leaders”

The second seminar of the Women on Boards 2020 - “Next generation of female leaders” will focus on the  “Insurance of members in management bodies”, organized on February 27.

The interactive seminar will address the following questions: 

• What risks are covered by the management liability insurance?

• What is the companies’ approach on protecting themselves through an insurance policy? To what extend does a mandatory insurance support companies’ activity?

• Examples of damages

The seminar’s objective is to clarify available insurance solutions to cover civil liability of management bodies’ members. We will discuss examples on how companies choose an insurance policy and, also, what are the advantages and disadvantages of chosen approaches and solutions implemented by companies.
