PWN Stockholm: Workshop; Communication - reach and connect!

21 May 2019 18:00 - 21:00 Folkunviversitetet, Aula 220

At work, where engagement and synergy are essential to genuine, effective teamwork, our approach to communication plays a key role.

The effectiveness of your communication is based on your connection to your audience and expression of yourself. By utilising into your own style and resources, your message can more effectively reach the person you are communicating with.

When we start to observe how messages impact our work environment, such as our interaction with co-workers and our customer relations, we can find ways to tune in even better.

In this workshop, we will address two questions:

  1. How do you want to be addressed to feel more comfortable, interested and engaged when listening to others?
  2. How can you engage people to be interested in your message?

You will learn a method based on psychological research and practical application that has been proven to minimise conflicts and tension, and bring a sense of greater satisfaction and higher productivity.
