PWN Paris International HUB Program kick off: “Intercultural management and stereotypes - how to best deal with it”

If you are eager to develop your understanding of the cultural differences and their impact on your daily professional environment, come and join us, on October the 2nd, for the kick off event of the PWN Paris International HUB Program that will give you the keys for effective  intercultural  management. 

PWN Paris is pleased to revive its international program with the launch of a new series of activities. The PWN Paris co-presidents and VP are honored to introduce you to the brand new PWN Paris International HUB 2019-2020 program.

On this occasion, we will welcome Indira Bonvini (Intercultural Coach - Vice president Alumni Bocconi University), renowned expert, who will introduce you to the  fundamentals of the international cultures & cooperation, supported by Marianne Gaye-Ayrault (Global Training and Education Director).

Our special guests will share their knowledge on intercultural management, give you several insights along with the right tools to better deal and cooperate in an international environment. 

During the event, the PWN Paris International HUB Team will share the details of the 2019- 2020 program with all workshops, guest speakers and experts.

Finally, you’ll have the chance to exchange with all of us and the other participants around an apéro dinatoire!

Speakers:  

Indira Bonvini is an Italian national with a degree from Bocconi, the most renowned business university in Italy, based in Milan. She has 20 years' experience as an HR manager in major international groups. Indira has worked throughout her career in various countries, including France, Italy, the USA and England. Indira knows the world of industry and luxury well. Her work is mainly centered on the development of trust relationships and alliance strategies for leaders, teams and organizations. She focuses her activity on creating commitment and collaboration for an optimal Return on Investment following organizational changes.
Indira is in charge of the Career Advice Center for the Alumni Association of the Bocconi University in Paris.
Indira is an Intercultural Lecturer at the Ecole des Mines de Paris
Professional experience:
12 years at Schlumberger in functional and operational roles;
8 years’ experience in the world of luxury in Paris, first at Chanel (5 years) and then at Dior Parfums (LVMH);
Since 2014 Indira has dedicated herself to the development of teams in companies using a resolutely positive approach.
  
Marianne Gaye-Ayrault has more than 20 years of experience in global settings. She has worked in higher and continuing education, business development and marketing, as well as strategic consulting and fundraising.
Marianne is currently the Global Training and Education Director at the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (The Union), serving the capacity building needs of public health organizations and governments around the globe. There she manages teams across the world that train healthcare professionals, mainly in low and middle-income countries.
Marianne earned a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business from Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business, in Washington, D.C., USA and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the MBA Institute (INSEEC U) in Paris, France. A dual citizen of France and the USA, Marianne currently lives near Paris with her husband and her two sons. She has been a PWN member since 2018 and is an active member of the International Hub.
 

Contribution to cost for members: 35€, for non members: 50€, men are welcome
