PWN Romania: Leadership and the Gender Equality Challenges, lunch-talk and networking with the Ambassador of Netherlands to Romania

PWN Romania Board is kindly inviting you to an exciting discussion around the leadership topic about women’s participation at the top: companies, local administration, politics etc. In an era when Gender Equality has become an important topic on many organizations working agenda, we are honored that Her Excellence Mrs. Stella Ronner-Grubačić, the Ambassador of Netherlands to Romania, a strong supporter of balanced leadership concept and a prestigious diplomat has accepted our invitation.

Talks will be moderated by Vice President Membership Experience Carmen-Daniela Micu.

Discussions will focus on the latest developments about women and leadership and gender balance at the top, with a special focus on the vast international experience of HE Mrs. Ronner- Grubačić and Romanian insights.

12.00 – 12.05 Short introduction 

12.05 – 14.00 - A discussion with Her Excellency Stella Ronner-Grubačić, the Ambassador of Netherlands to Romania in the format of a “Lunch-Talk”. Discussions will include Q&A session with contributions from the audience.

Please be advised that, as a courtesy to our special guest, punctuality is highly appreciated. Please do note as well that due to H.E. agenda the event will be strictly timed: 12.00 – 14.00.

Discussions will be held exclusively in English. Translation will not be provided.

The event is exclusively dedicated to the PWN Romania community. Should you want to extend the invitation to a non-member guest, please let us know in advance.
