Successful remote and flexible working in the digital age.

12 September 2019 17:30 CET - 20:30 CET ING Bank N.V.

Registration is now closed. There is no waiting list for this event. We hope to see you at a future event!

We all know that better work-life integration is possible - for both women and men - when the flexibility of (part-time) remote and working is an option or a necessity. That being said, meetings and collaborating virtually with others is essential for sharing information and moving projects forward.

Unfortunately, online meetings aren't necessarily known for being snag-free.  So, how to achieve trouble-free and productive communication remains the goal!

Join us on September 12th to discuss the challenges of- and potential solutions for – successful remote and flexible working in the Digital age; both as an individual and in teams.

We are graciously being hosted by ING's Lioness network who, like PWN, support women in their career development and strive to drive gender balanced leadership forward. In order to provide a broad spectrum of experience, we decided to invite a panel of experts for this event.

Our Moderator and Panelists are:

Amber Rahim is the owner of Amber Rahim Coaching. As a leadership coach and adviser to (STEM) organizations in transition, she will ensure the attendees take home the essential tips and tools to effectively navigate remote working.

Marlene de Koning will present from an organizational standpoint. She is a director at Microsoft working on enhancing a new solution measuring organizational culture and productivity. Remote working is part of this solution.  Previously, she was a team leader with LinkedIn. In both these roles, she has dealt with all or part of her teams working remotely.

Caroline Williams offers  experience from her multiyear leadership experience of remote teams. After 10 years with Microsoft, she started 'The Do Good Only Company' in 2018. Enhancing digital skills in a diverse workplace, within a growing technical market, is her focus.

Theresa Sigillito Hollema is the owner of Interact Global. She advises and consultants globally to organizations who face challenges working virtually with culturally diverse, cross-border teams. She is currently co-writing a book on this topic.

Catharina Adriaans is the ING lead of Agile Coaching CoE with Coaches spanning Poland, India, Manila, and The Netherlands. She used to be an Agile coach before transitioning into this role.
