The second workshop of the Competencies Lab for Board Members program will cover topics related to Mentality and State of Mind, Being Performance-Oriented, Being Independent and Awareness of self & of others.

Topics to be touched and not only: focusing on goals and priorities, showing entrepreneurial spirit, setting high standards of performance, supporting a learning culture

7:00 – 7:50 pm Being independent – speaker Mrs. Magdalena Manea 

Topics to be touched and not only: displaying independence, encouraging diverse views, questioning assumptions, asking for clarification, challenge the status quo
