PWN Paris Entrepreneurship Club : How can Mentorship, Advisory boards and Networks can help you start and develop your business ?

We will explore different ways to help you and your business grow : advisory boards, mentoring and incubation. What can each bring ? What are their limits ? How to find the right people for you and your business ?

Isabelle Lange, VP Inspire of PWN Paris, will explain what the different types of boards are, what are the rules and how to select your board members.

Estelle Guillerm will share her experience and how mentorship helped her launch her company: Café Zen. Supported since the beginning by an advisory board, she will explain how she set it up and how it contributes today in designing the strategy of her company.

We will also get the testimony of Matthieu Nasri, entrepreneur, on incubation at Station F.

Speakers:

Estelle Guillerm, Founder of Café Zen: Graduated of ESCP Europe (promo EAP 96), coupled with a master's degree in LEA, she holds various positions in the communication and marketing services of large consulting and audit firms. She founded FamilyZen and GestionZen, companies specializing in administrative assistance for individuals and businesses, then developed the RelocationZen brand which organizes the reception of expatriates in Paris and throughout France. CaféZen is the latest addition to the “Zen brand”. 
 
Isabelle Lange, VP Inspire PWN Paris, General Manager of motion waves SAS, TPE Retail, Luxury, Hotel Industry. Independent Director since 2016 of Enertime, listed French industrial SME, Energy sector.
Business Angel and advisory board of start ups, Vice-President PWN Professional Women Network Paris since 2016, in charge of the Think Tank and co-founder in 2018 of The Board Network -100 members. Co-author of the 2018 Women's Administrator's Guide.
Isabelle has 20 years of experience in marketing innovative technological and industrial solutions in new markets within American start ups in France, Europe and the USA.
This was followed by 15 years of strategic consulting and operational support for entrepreneurs at key moments of growth. And this within A2Zeurope, a consulting firm that she co-founded in 2003.
In 2019, she partnered with another designer to develop her motion waves company, around a disruptive technology enhancing the scenographies and rituals of sales and services thanks to a creation sound orchestrated by movements captured in real time.
Isabelle has an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Nord -1982- and an ESSEC master -1983- She is ESSEC certified "Women, Be European Board Ready! “In 2016.
 
Matthieu Nasri, Founder of Elveo and graduated in communication and marketing strategy from Paris Descartes. After his 3rd year of university, Matthieu started his company Elveo which helps startup investors assess the human aspect of a startup: entrepreneurial potential, quality of the team, matching between cofounders…
Matthieu also worked in different organisations through his internships. Handling crisis communication  at RATP/SNCF and business development in the advertising agency DDB.
