Healthy Productivity

13 February 2020 18:00 - 20:30 Restaurant l'Inattendu(e) - Monaco

PWN Nice-Côte d'Azur welcomes you in Monaco for this networking evening with our guest speakers Udi Gon-Paz and Juanita Viale.

We are living in a time in a culture of hyper productivity.

Busyness, multitasking and taking work home are frequently synonymous with large cafe lattes and eating at your desk, smoking breaks, and frequent drinking to take the edge off.

Overwhelm, stress, burnout, anxiety, social alcoholism/drug use and weight issues are the standard issue byproducts of allowing unconscious limiting beliefs to dictate the gestalt of habits that feed the false illusion of productivity.

And little by little, these habits negatively start chipping away at our physical, emotional and mental states of being including our motivation, confidence and purpose. The end result is a chronic state of reactivity...basically you’re in “survival mode”.

Scientific studies show that Innovation, creativity and states of flow are actually created in states of relaxation igniting the creative centers in the brain.

Join Udi Gon-Paz and Juanita Viale as they debunk the myths of productivity and provide a roadmap to a much more effective way of being more productive, enjoying your life and keeping a balanced mental and physical health.

This event is hosted by Natalia Akerlund and Serena Benedetti, PWN Monaco City Managers
