In her role as Head of Talent at British Airways, she worked closely with the team at LinkedIn HQ and increased the number of followers on the company page by 47% in just 6 months. She moved the relationship that British Airways had with LinkedIn from purely operational to becoming a strategic talent attraction tool. Jane is such an advanced user of LinkedIn that she is now one of a select group of members who beta test new features. Jane now runs her own coaching business where she works with clients at all stages of the job hunting process to secure the role of their dreams, where optimising LinkedIn is a key part of that process.
