PWN Nice-Cote D'Azur AGM - Annual General Meeting

The AGM was initially scheduled to be held on March 6th at the Gray d'Albion in Cannes. We learnt 3 days beforehand that the hotel could no longer host us. They had planned to open that evening for a large event and could therefore cater for us too. Unfortunately when the large event was cancelled due to fears of spreading the coronovirus, the venue took the business decision to not take a loss by opening just for us. 

For us it was a blessing in disguise as we were still searching for new board members and we are delighted to inform you that we have great candidates for all open positions. 

As the situation with the virus worsens, and not wanting to be obliged to postpone the AGM yet again, we have taken the decision to hold it on-line. Joining instructions will be included in the email that you will receive upon registering for the event.

The possibility to vote on-line before or during the AGM will be provided to all members.

Over one year has passed and your PWN Nice-Cote D'Azur board is ready to share with all of you, our valued members, the activities carried out during this year and the new plans for 2020 in our Annual General Meeting (some surprises await!).

As with all AGM's, there will be an opportunity to say thank you to those board members who have served their mandate, while also voting in the new members of the board. This year, we have 7 board positions to be officially voted on: VP of Mentoring, which Vanessa Jarrett has been managing; VP of Events, which Delphine Breillat has taken over; VP of Partnerships, which Amanda Noz has been managing; VP of Communications for which Cécile Gallet has stepped forward,  Secretary for which Zoubaïda Bouzou has stepped forward and Treasurer for which Nicole Gobet has stepped forward. 

The agenda of the AGM will be shared with all members by email, as well as the instructions for on-line voting, the presentation with the President's report, the Financial report, proposed changes to the statutes, and the motivational statements of the 6 Board candidates.
