Most women are not aware of how good our bodies CAN be! Would you like to explore and find out? Anette will give us guidelines and tips on how to build sustainable and healthy habits. We will learn how we can move smartly in order to be more energized, to keep ourselves healthy, and to help us reach our highest potential.
