Did you know that more than 80% of our decisions are made with our unconscious mind, with the beliefs that we learned- mostly- up to 7 years old? We have several unconscious limiting beliefs that no longer serve us. Fortunately, there is a simple yet powerful way to spot and change this!

Join us for this online Lunch & Learn presentation where business and career mentor and conscious leadership trainer Andrea Onofri will delve into how to consciously design the life you want and guide us through the steps needed to consciously make the right decisions.  

During our time, Andrea will discuss the main limiting beliefs holding us back from designing the life we want and you will learn about:

- how your brain works in decision making
- the collective concept of success and how it impacts our life more than we think
- the top 3 fears that blocks us in achieving the life we want plus how to spot and overcome these

 About Andrea:

"I used to have the dream job: 6 figure salary, 300+ team, headed to be director before I was 35 at one of the most sought to work for companies: Amazon. From the outside all looked perfect but, on the inside, I was broken, on the edge of a burn-out and depression. My relationship was broken due to work and I wasn’t feeling fulfilled. 

I looked for help and I learned about limiting beliefs and the unconscious mind. It was then that I realised that I was following the collective concept of success, and not mine. Even worse; that I had the limiting belief that I could either have a successful career or a loving relationship. Not both at the same time. So, I changed that for myself – now I have both -, got trained, and, in the past year, have helped more than 100 people to do the same, and presented internationally."
