The world has been going through a collective trauma. As restrictions start to ease up in Europe and Australia/NZ and we start to emerge from deconfinement (France) and lockdown (Australia), we wanted to continue our focus on Optimism and the unexpected personal and professional changes and opportunities that have arisen.
Back by popular demand, this is Optimism Cafe Take 2 for the Professional Women's Network Nice Cote d'Azur (France), Brilliant Women Global and the Centre for Optimism.
While COVID-19 has become the proving ground for innovation and digital transformation from a technology point of view as we all adapt to virtual meetings and webinars, it is also becoming clear that it is also a people transformation. Humanity as a tribe is coming together to address a common external threat for the first time in history. People had to trust in each other to do the right thing and stay home to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Government and business leaders have had to step up and lead with composure based on data and science in a rapidly changing and unpredictable new world.
How will this sense of trusting and caring for others and authentic leadership continue after the crisis?
How do we lead with optimism and kindness as we emerge into a new normal?
What challenges will we face?
Join us, for an Optimism Cafe Take 2 to discuss these questions with a spirit of realistic optimism.
Note: this is a joint event jointly hosted by the Centre for Optimism and there is a nominal charge of $A10=6E on their website. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Register below:
