PWN Amsterdam: Online Mentoring Check-In May 4th 2020

04 May 2020 19:00 CET - 19:45 CET Online via Zoom

This event is now closed for registration. Should you wish to participate, please contact Mary Jane: vice-president(at)pwnamsterdam(dot)net

To all PWN Amsterdam Mentoring Program participants, please join us in an interactive online 'check-in'. We want to hear from you, especially since we've not been able to have any 'in person' events to support you. The waiting room will be enabled and open for both sessions at 18.45.

We will be stopping in time for us to all participate in the Remembrance Day 2 minutes of silence at 20.00.

We will share some tips on “Mentoring Through the Pandemic” and want you to share how the current situation has affected your mentoring goals. What have your successes been so far?  Are there challenges in your role as a mentor or mentee (or both). How are you using Zoom, WhatsApp and other tools? What questions or advice do you have for others?

There are two options. If you register below, this is for the session on Monday May 4th at 19.00 - 19.45.
Should you wish to register for the May 6th session, please click here. Both sessions will be covering the same topics.

Due to security reasons, only registered participants will be allowed into the meeting.

Please do let us know by noon each day, if you aren't able to make it. We're only allowing 25 participants in each session, so this will give us time to invite someone from the waiting list, should that be needed.

If the animo is greater than what we can accommodate in these two sessions, we will organize additional sessions.

In order to make the sessions as engaging as possible, we ask you to join with your video on. Audio will also be on, with the request that if you aren't speaking, you have yourself on mute. If you need help with this, we will assist you.
