PWN Stockholm brings you a refreshing and relaxing online session of Heartfulness Yoga
Reward yourself at the end of a workday by taking care of your body, mind and soul in this refreshing practice.We welcome you to join us for the asanas (physical poses) in a calm, light-hearted and joyful manner to balance our bodies and minds and to prepare for meditation. You do not need to have any previous experience. All you need to have is a yoga mat and some space to perform the asanas. Each asana practice is ended with a short relaxation.
Letting go of stress that has accumulated in the body can have a huge positive effect on our mental and physical wellbeing. Becoming balanced and healthy on all levels improves our ability to both deal with and enjoy life.
