Under Covid-19, how are you managing the cooperation with your both distant and multicultural counterparts? Communicating at a distance is already a challenge and adding the cultural layer increases complexity. Let’s reflect on the situation, share best practices, and get extra tips from the facilitator to raise your team members’ and partners’ motivation level as well as feeling of inclusiveness.
This workshop is highly experiential with the objective to enable cooperation, solidarity, and networking between the participants.
With the Covid-19 epidemic, we all have been suddenly forced to work from home thereby changing deep-seated working habits. How does the impossibility of travelling and meeting face-to-face our distantly located, multicultural counterparts, affect are work efficiency? As different cultures respond differently to distant work and technology barriers are strong in some instances, how can we continue maintaining closeness at a distance? How can we successfully engage team members and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds during virtual meetings?
The workshop will focus on discussing in subgroups and sharing best practices. You will brainstorm together to make you all even more successful. The session will end up with a list of highly practical ideas and tips with the help of the facilitator.
The event will be held in English.
