Join us for an exciting thought leadership seminar where we will explore the need for a radically new approach to leadership where both men and women adopt balanced and inclusive leadership qualities.

CEO of Highest Path Consulting, Monique Tallon, along with PWN Global Board member and Senior Partner at Mercer, Robert Baker will be speaking together at this event. 

Monique will present topics based on her newly released book: Leading Gracefully: A Woman’s Guide to Confident, Authentic and Effective Leadership (http://www.moniquetallon.com/). 

Robert will explore the male perspective on how to engage men in embracing new models of leadership which incorporate qualities such as vulnerability, empathy and humility to drive more innovative, happier and ultimately more successful organizations.
