Join us for a sunset networking apero followed by an exciting behind the scenes discovery of Zurich airport, get inspired by its prodigious coordination machine, and exchange your mid-term mentoring learning within our community.
It’s time catch up, reflect and celebrate for our PWN Zug & Zurich 2020 mentoring pairs.
As we reach the program’s midterm, we prepared for them a special experience to reflect on the new insights gained along the mentoring ‘transit’.
Indeed, the mentoring process is a fast track, where transit stages and stop-over are learning opportunities across the journey of long-life continuous improvement.
We have all spent hours at airports. Similarly to our mentoring program, these hubs combine the achievement of a destination with the inception of new starting points: new ideas, inspirations, projects and resolutions. And same as for our mentoring program, two elements are essential: alignment on the goals/destinations and continuous coordination between mentees and mentors.
Inspired by this parallelism, on the occasion of the program mid-term, we invite our mentoring pairs to an exclusive behind the scenes tour of Zurich airport.
We will start with our update and networking during an apero with a privileged view. Afterward, the tour will include all stages from the check in area, to the Docks, giving us the chance to learn more about how to manage complexity and unpredictability under strict timelines.
We look forward to meeting you and seeing you all shine and fly soon!
NOTE:
Final due date for registrations, September 15, 2020
Time to catch up, exchange and build on our learning, during a relaxed sunset apero with a privileged view.
The guided tour will start from the shopping area and the various check-ins, to follow through the security check, the Airside Center, the transit hotel and the prayer room.
Next, the group will reach the Skymetro in Dock E, where guests will find various models of aircraft. The tour continues with an introduction to the baggage processing system. The final stop will be at the Terrace E with a view of the runways.
