PWN Norway Webinar: When change is the only constant, upskilling is the only answer

We need to work in new ways, dare to think differently about career development and stimulate life-long learning. As industries transform, one may end up having several careers. Thus, the best way to stay relevant is to upskill and/or reskill ourselves.

In this webinar, Cecilie Heuch will talk about upskilling to stay relevant in an uncertain future. She will discuss Telenor’s upskilling initiatives and explain how she utilizes learning from her visits to other Telenor companies. Cecilie is an eager learner and will share how she walked the talk during the “40-hour challenge”, an initiative by Sigve Brekke, Telenor Group’s President, and CEO. Lastly, Cecilie will touch upon reverse mentoring reflecting on her own mentor-mentee relationship.
