She will discuss Telenor’s upskilling initiatives and explain how she utilizes learning from her visits to other Telenor companies. Cecilie is an eager learner and will share how she walked the talk during the “40-hour challenge”, an initiative by Sigve Brekke, Telenor Group’s President and CEO. Lastly, Cecilie will touch upon reverse mentoring reflecting on her own mentor-mentee relationship.
