From a long and in-depth experience of working closely with people, in small and large groups, Nancy Cooklin, author coach and counsellor, has created a model called 'Human Leadership’ which is also the title of her latest book.

Now, more than ever, the human aspect has become central to both the professional and personal life. 

The key is to be centred and emotionally strong as to manage the uncertainties that life presents to us.  

In this Human Leadership model there are 4 areas which Nancy will guide us through: awareness, creativity, courage and systemic thinking.

We are all leaders, as we are constantly teaching and learning explicitely and implicitly, so what better that to do it consciously!

In this workshop you’ll discover something about yourself that will complete you as a person and as a leader or potential leader.
