Despite recent advances in female key roles and C-Suite participation globally, gender diversity among executives remains disappointingly low across all markets (some 80% of executive positions are still held by male gender), with some improvement discerned in the past few years.

There are still many gaps, barriers, and challenges for professional women in the workplace. 

Effective organizations, are actively supporting gender balance by also motivating men to become women allies, and developing a mutual, integrated environment, where both gender are key enablers to the value creation process.

Men can do much to support women, both in the workplace and at home, and liberate themselves from the typical male role models and stereotypes.

PWN Milan believes it is time for a new dialogue between men, women, and all genders on how we achieve gender balance in the workplace, and at home.

We look at Men as Allies in the gender balance journey, for a mutual and sustainable benefit.

In this event you will discover WHY it is so important for businesses to engage in Male/Female Alliances, and WHAT are the key pillars to start the process.

You will also see a live case from the world giant company Google, which embraced a specific ‘engaging men’ project, and is already benefiting from it.
