PWN Nice Cote d'Azur Annual General Meeting Notification

Over one year has passed and your PWN Nice-Cote D'Azur Board are ready to share with all of you, our valued members, the activities carried out during this past year and the new plans for 2021 in our Annual General Meeting.  The Board quickly switched to on-line webinars and events one year ago, and are reacting swiftly to the changing demands we are all facing, to ensure value to members throughout 2021.

The  Annual General Meeting is a great opportunity for members to meet and communicate with the Board, this year virtually. It allows all members to get an update on last years’ achievements, review the annual accounts and adopt them, and have an update on our plans and priorities for 2021.

As with all AGM's, there will be an opportunity to say thank you to those Board Members who have served their mandate, while also voting in the new and existing members of the Board in their second term. This year, we have 6 Board positions to be officially voted on:

Board Members in their second term:

 VP of Mentoring, Vanessa Jarrett  - VP of Partnerships, Amanda Noz   

VP of Technology - Carmen Redondo - Secretary - Zoubaïda Bouzou

Treasurer:  the role was stepped into temporarily by Beatrice de La Masseliere, following Nicole Gobet's resignation and at the AGM Diana Sinkevich, an existing PWN member,  will be volunteering to step up to the Treasurer role going forwards .

 VP Memberships - Carmen Redondo will be stepping down from this position and Gillian Attard has stepped up to the position

We are currently advertising for volunteer positions to support the Board and those interested in Board positions in the future.  We welcome Dominika Zakrzewska who will be supporting 'Events'.

The agenda of the AGM will be shared with all members by email, as well as the instructions for on-line voting.   The AGM presentation will include the President's report, the Financial report,  and the motivational statements of the Board candidates.
