Good news! The registrations to our 2021 Mentoring program will be open until 2 April. Check the details below, join our vibrant community and shape the life and professional development you long for.
Mentoring is Caring
Whether you find yourself at a life/professional crossroad, you wish to proactively shape your ideal career journey, or simply you are one of 'those' who never want to stop learning, you will definitely benefit from our Mentoring Program.
Mentoring is caring: the mentee cares for continuous improvement. The mentor cares for placing her/his life and work experience, network and professional resources at others' service, to facilitate their smooth and effective personal and professional growth.
In 2020, we hand-matched 45 members with high profile mentors - from global executives representing Fortune 500 companies over to start-up entrepreneurs.
How it works
Participation to the Mentoring Programme is open exclusively for PWN Zug & Zurich members. You can apply to become a member here and join the Mentoring Program after you have paid the membership fee. After your membership is active, make sure to access this event logging in through your member profile.
Participation in the program gives an opportunity to build a relationship of trust with an experienced expert outside of your own 'ecosystem' and gain his/her unbiased point of view on your career path. Read here some testimonials from former participants.
In addition, you can contribute to advancing balanced leadership globally and to make a lasting impact within the PWN Zug & Zurich community.
What will happen next?
After the screening round, you will join the Mentees' candidate pool.
This year, PWN Zug & Zurich is further improving its process launching the 321 Leader Platform, which will allow to accelerate and optimize the Mentee/Mentor matching process.
Once the matching is complete, you will be invited to join a Webinar Training to gain guidance on how to have a successful mentoring experience.
The one-on-one professional mentorship takes place over a period of nine months.
The Mentoring Program will officially start on April 29, 2021 with a kick-off event (more info to follow). Please save the date in your calendar!
