Joint EDHEC Event: Insights into the local job market – Understanding challenges for diverse populations

EDHEC Diversity Club and PWN Cote d’Azur will partner for the event “Insights into the local job market – Understanding challenges for diverse populations”.

This event will focus on an overview of how candidates are evaluated for positions in France and other job markets and how companies are adapting to attract, support and retain diversity candidates. The talk will explain to the students what kind of skills and preparation students can demonstrate to be considered for the available positions. We will also consider specific challenges and advantages of the job market for diverse population: Women, Foreigners and LGBTQ+ candidates.

There will be a 30-60 minute question-answer session with the panel so that students can discuss and ask questions to meet the challenges of job hunting in such an unprecedented time.
