Our 2021 Mentoring Program is now underway and we are delighted you are part of our program this year, working towards achieving your personal and professional goals.

Our monthly Mentee Meet-ups will cover topics voted on to support Mentees to achieve their goals.  This month on 22 April,  the focus is on Personality Type.  Learning more about our 'type' and our preferred ways of doing things helps us to understand our strengths and challenges and also an understanding of others, so we can appreciate our natural gifts and those of others. 

This information is useful during the mentoring program to understand self and strengthen emotional intelligence skills of self-awareness and self-management.
