Facilited by Mary Harries-Guerdoux, this interactive event will create the opportunity to share experiences as working mothers and our 'avatars'.

Whether you are currently working, taking a break or actively seeking new opportunities, attending the event now will provide 'food for thought' during the summer period about your 'Working Mum Recipe' .

We aim to provide a series of regular topics / meet-ups and will be seeking your feedback for future events to support our members during this stage in their career journey.

Mary is a Transformation and Continuous Improvement Specialist, who loves to work with individuals and organisations in defining a vision and then building plans to evolve and grow. 

"My passion is coaching and I work predominantly with professional Mums, helping them balance professional development, being a parent and living a fulfilling life"

Over a twenty year career, Mary has  worked in a number of organisations and industries including automotive, IT, Energy and Defense. In recent years, her focus has been increasingly on developing individuals and teams through training and coaching.

Mary works for Thales, a global engineering company and is currently work in Operations, managing a team of twenty people. Mary describes her leadership style as  'focused on developing skills and growing the confidence of my team'.

Bilingual (French and English) and living on the Côte d’Azur on and off for the last several years, but  also previously worked in the UK and in Switzerland.

" I am the mother of a beautiful daughter and I am also step Mum to my husband’s two young boys and teenage girl. Outside of work, I enjoy lots of sports, particularly running and cycling. I love the sea and the mountains of the Côte d’Azur"
