PWN Copenhagen - Legal Concerns for Start-ups: Thinking Two Steps Ahead

During this 2 hour workshop Law Professor Alexandra Andhov will provide insight into the start-up lifecycle and the main legal concerns needing to be addressed. She gives particular focus to key legal issues for technology-based start-ups and entrepreneurs. 

Professor Alexandra Andhov recently published a book titled Start-up Law which is a comprehensive practical guide which provides direction on a wide array of legal questions and challenges that startups face. Start-up Law features analysis from five jurisdictions that represent a variety of legal traditions across different continents.

She will draw upon her research for this book, to give us a comprehensive introduction and practical next steps. 

There are three main goals of this workshop:

  • Gain an understanding common legal challenges facing tech-based start-ups
  • Gain an understanding how the law influences business decisions
  • Discuss the start-up lifecycle and prepare for legal strategic decisions
