When we think of leadership, we often approach it as an outward-focused discipline. But how do you achieve inner mastery first, for outer impact? We need a vision, a path that is heading into a specific direction, and move towards it with consistency and clarity. But more often than not, the path twists, turns and is full of roadblocks. How do we cope with these challenges?
In this interactive, world-café style workshop we invite you to bring all of our personal and professional expertise and experience together. During round-table discussions we will explore each other’s personal leadership best practices together. We will tap into areas such as time & resource management, balancing roles & identities, self-worth/self-doubt, authenticity, and goals & vision. After a moment for peer-coaching, we’ll come together to debrief and end the session with a personal leadership plan – a few key action items and resources to implement into everyday life.
