Life is all about negotiation! In fact, we do not get what we deserve, but what we manage and negotiate.

Still, many of us feel uncomfortable at the negotiation table or experience confrontation as a burden to get along with, not to mention those enduring in interpreting negotiation as that win/lose thing we used to get trained on.

Living negotiation next to a true hostage negotiator turns on that very table in a totally different light - a view encouraging to look at negotiation as an empowering approach to life and a long-term investment  - no matter what. 

Negotiation has nothing to do with bargaining: it’s a Mindset.
