Closing event of the 2022 Edition of PWN Rome Mentoring Program

On January 23rd over 40 registered couples will voice their experience focusing on the impact that the knowledge and courage they acquired during 2022 have had - and will have - on breaking down barriers in the work world.

The goal of our program is to be able to build a new positive way of looking at professional careers. We are not talking about training, but about the recourse to a guidance tool of mutual exchange through which value and motivation arise from a working group.

The collaboration and trust established between Mentor and Mentee are crucial in order to gain awareness and self-esteem as well as to start a real change in their own leadership style.

The streaming event - which is reserved for members - will be an opportunity to discuss the results obtained to date and set new goals in view of future developments.
