Indeed, there remains some confusion around what the gender pay gap is and isn’t. In addition, the focus on the gender pay gap has always been on what companies and governments are doing. In this event, Lucy Iremonger, the Gender Pay Gap Lead for Mercer UKI, will walk through the basics of the gender pay gap. We will then explore the personal aspect of the gender pay gap with a diverse panel and a Q&A session. Whether you feel you are personally affected by the gender pay gap or an ally to those who are, this would be a unique opportunity to gain some clarity about this important topic, network with others in a similar boat and leave with practical actions.
