PWN Milan has the pleasure to host the first 2024 Global Women on Boards Network Summit in Milan.

The Summit is organised in conjunction with the launch of PWN Milan IWOB Programme - International Women on Board that has the objective to focus on the importance of increasing the number of women in Board positions and how to empower them to reach their objectives.

The business world is undergoing an unprecedented transformation, where technology advancement, innovation and sustainability play an increasingly central role in shaping strategies aimed at creating long term shared value.

Attendees of the Summit will have the opportunity to join engaging and thought provoking panel discussions with PWN members, Global Delegates, Guest Speakers and of PWN Milan Strategic Partners, on some key topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Deep Tech, Sustainability Agenda, Leadership Resilience, and to listen to testimonials shared from different countries : Malaysia, Kenya, France and Italy on the following topics:

-       Merit vs Quota: Women on Boards - lessons learned from quota setting

-       International Board

-       Ignite the future: What’s next?

-       Global network alumni for Women on Board

At the end we will leave some space for Networking during the Cocktail party post summit, a must that cannot be missed in PWN Milan events!
