THE EVENT IS FULL //// Are you stressed nowadays? Do you ask yourself how to avoid the stress? Come and join us to learn more about it in order to manage it consciously.

 Stress and innovation

In this workshop, you will discover:

• What does stress means for a human being
• What is role of your emotions in creation of stress
• What different kinds of stress does exist
• How can you “domesticate” stress
• How to deal with stress within a relationship

In a complex world of today, there are some techniques on:

• How to step back
• How to connect to one’s adaptive capacities
• How to become more creative and innovative

In this workshop, you will get an overview of a human model, build namely from neurocognitive and behavioral sciences. You will discover simple and replicable exercises that will help you overcome stress. 

Within the interactive groups we will work on stressful situations and benefit from our collective intelligence to solve them. Then each participant will have the opportunity to make a KISS self-assessment.
