In life, we are able to change our behaviour, so why not learn new skills to lead a more relaxed and joyful life? Stress is an individual response to a situation that feels overwhelming or is too much to handle. What stresses one person may be even a pleasurable experience for the other.
This experimental workshop shows you how to release the daily tensions and stress, how to rejuvenate, relax and nourish yourself. We examine what creates stress and why it leads us to react.
Beginning with a meditation called, "listening from the heart“, we create a climate of openness, presence and non-judgemental state, which enhances our ability to understand, share and experience. Later we consider your individual resources and talents which creates more space and contentment enabling us to become more stress resistant.

This event is led by Virag von Richthofen, who is looking forward to share her knowledge over the last 35 years, as a meditator, personal coach, consultant, energy worker and teacher.
